Polyù Italiana is a leading European producer of flat, corrugated, trapezoidal and modular sheets and composite systems designed for translucent vertical glazing and roofing in both industrial and civil building sectors.

Additionally, Polyù’s production flexibility allows us to satisfy both large and small orders which require products manufactured to size.
Polyù Italiana was founded in 1980 by Vitale and Angelo Moretti.
After years spent in metal fabrication (particularly cutting and bending of metal pole plates), they started a new venture - the production of a plastic material. After purchasing their first extrusion line they began producing Multiwall Polycarbonate.
In 1984 the company was expanded with the purchase of two additional extrusion lines lie.

Between the years 1990 and 2000, thanks to a targeted investment policy, Polyù could cover an area of c. 10.000 m²in which included 13 extrusion lines.
In 2001 they decided to subdivide the company and include more production sites distributed on the national territory, all offering dedicated production of each product range.

In 2002 the company got the ISO9001:2000 certification and started using the most up to date technology for connecting and managing the different production sites. Implementing this paved the way for Polyù to become an Internet Infrastructure Company which allows the control, data flow and communication among the different production sites to be swiftly coordinated by the new head office located in Sedriano (MI).
